We manufacture customized drawing and extrusion dies according to your 2D or 3D drawings, dimensions, and technical requirements. Any necessary revisions are discussed before production, and manufacturing begins after the final drawings and specifications are confirmed.

We review requirements and provide suggestions on materials, structure, and manufacturing considerations before production. For complex forming processes, the final die design and forming dimensions should be confirmed by the customer.

Quality Inspection & Delivery
We check dimensions against the confirmed drawings and specifications. Production lead time depends on the die structure, material, quantity, and technical requirements and is confirmed after the drawings are finalized. Packaging, shipping arrangements, freight costs, and transit times are discussed separately.
